Mar. 14th, 2021 06:00 am![]() PERMISSIONS/OPT OUT OOC • backtagging - I'll keep doing, but occasionally, I may either burn out or lose the tag. Feel free to remind me, especially as I tend to overwork myself and forget. IC • physical contact - Simple things like hand-shaking or her being helped? Sure. Try anything one may find in her game, ie perverse actions like Hanzo? Prepare to end up in the hospital, if you are lucky. |
Due to the nature of Homura's canon (NSFW video game about ninjas being stripped during combat....I swear I play for plot), there are likely to be people who aren't comfortable playing with her. This post is also meant for others to privately prevent tags from the shinobi and myself.

And due to the nature of the game, Homura can't use her shinobi scroll; she really only has it as a memento and comfort. As such, her clothes can't be torn to ridiculous levels like in the game, nor is she capable of other stuff like transformations, including BURST mode.
Genessia stats
Dec. 6th, 2018 01:44 pmSo far, she is able to handle the Yoma much easier, but mostly the lower-class. She still has not closed the gap between herself and the likes of Suzune however. Has dipped her toes into gravity training and slowly getting benefits from it. Slowly being the keyword without a proper teacher.
Notable fights:
Vs Noah - Victory was possible, but mostly because of Homura’s stubborn pride, and Noah unable to bring herself to kill Homura for personal reasons. Before Homura could befriend the bunny, she was teleported to a healer. Will seek a rematch after some more intense training.
Teachers:
None at the moment.
Abilities/Skills:
Great Physical Prowess - Due to training since she was a child, and additional hellish training from her teacher for a few years, Homura’s power, speed, and defense rose beyond normal rank and file shinobi. Even in her regular form, she took on construction work and could carry steel beams with little effort. She can also scale buildings and walls when necessary. She can also boost her speed temporarily, letting her do a few light-speed dashes to evade attacks if necessary, or pummel foes with a barrage of slashes.
Suzune had trained her in order to be prepared against Yoma, against monsters that would tear apart a regular shinobi. In other words, to counter a monster, she created her own brand of monsters with the Crimson Squad.
Shinobi Barrier - an ability that allows the user to pull someone into a pocket dimension of sorts, unable to interact with the outside world. This was used mostly to cover up battles since unlike in Genessia, she has to hide her ninja powers. Events in Shinovi and Estival Versus have made it far less necessary to use this ability. However, one day while training, she has gained the ability to weaponize for her own use. But she has yet to fully test it out…
Fire - While she has yet to demonstrate long-range abilities, her close-range skill knows almost no equal. She heats up her swords and slashes with streaks of fire coming out, able to add damage or even blind her foe before she hits them again. With Crimson Mode, she is able to create a towering inferno from which few can escape from.
Crimson Mode - Basically her own Super Saiyan/Battleizer/Extreme mode. Can only be done when drawing the seventh sword, Engetsuga. This multiplies her power tremendously, and allows her to use telekinesis to control her other six swords, usually using them for long-range or to compliment an attack. Or to create a tornado of fire to incinerate enemies. She has yet to master changing into this mode without drawing the sword.
Concealment - Despite all these devastatingly powerful moves and abilities, she was still trained to be a ninja. Outside of the Shinobi Barrier, she knows how to stay out of sight and not draw attention to herself, no matter what she is wearing. Very few things can escape her notice, and usually magic is a big factor she can’t always account for, like when Mirajaine’s Giratina teleported Aizawa away during her ambush.
Weaknesses:
Hunger - Unfortunately, Homura needs to stay well-fed in order to fight to her fullest. Shinovi Versus shows that without eating much (her diet had consisted of grass foods in order to save the team money), she lost to Yomi, something that would normally never happen.
Aizawa’s Eyes - Not romantically. His ability of erasing abilities does affect her, though not fully. Her ability with her swords and physical skills would be unaffected. However, using fire is out of the question. While this doesn’t render Homura too vulnerable since she doesn’t rely on it too often, it could still cause her to slip-up in group combat. These eyes are also able to disable her scroll transformation as well, though only if she is just starting to transform. Once the energy is released, well, nowhere for it to go, so she’s stuck in her ninja form. Engetsuga is another exception, so she can skip to Crimson Mode, but the fire still can’t be used.
Sensing demon energy - Since she still isn’t used to hanging around demons, sensing them can distract her.
Stubborn Pride - As seen in the fight with Noah, she fought so hard that her body was nearly destroyed, and all to try and win fights. While this can sometimes ensure victory, other times, she needs to be pulled out of combat before she does something insane.
Love - the topic makes her very uncomfortable due to her past, and she might put some distance if someone does have feelings for her. Same thing happens when people try to rope her into things involving her body.
Boredom - Due to her will to slay Shin and become stronger, she doesn’t being put on the sidelines. While she can remain obedient, she may go outside her boss’ reach to get work done, as seen with her decision to get information on Aizawa.
Rage - In the past, Homura’s rage was able to subdue a ninja that should have outclassed her, and all with hardly any damage to her. The victim on the other hand...let’s just say he had to spend a few years in the hospital. While Homura isn’t immune to getting angry, pure rage may cause her to go berserk, though that’s unlikely to happen unless she sees a friend dies. This briefly happened with Dogen after finding out he was stealing her friends for a ritual; she cut him in half without a second thought. She briefly warned Aizawa of this, showing she is aware of the beast that still slumbers.
Comedy - she sucks at it. Don’t let her do this. Ever.
